West Central Edmonton
As an intermediate building hotspot, West Central Edmonton is steadily taking shape. This area is notable for its huge properties and close proximity to the city center. These neighborhoods have a good mix of older residences and newer, more modern construction. Hundreds of brand new infill detached single-family, duplex, and townhouse-style dwelling units are being built in West Central Edmonton.

These neighborhoods are ideal for families who want to be close to the city center while staying on a budget. NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology), one of Edmonton's premier technical institutions, is also located in this area. It also houses The Royal Alexandra, Alberta's largest hospital, as well as the Glenrose Rehabilitation Centre. Kingsway Mall, which has been regarded as one of Canada's best malls, is one of our favorite places to visit.
