I became a REALTOR in Edmonton in 2007 with 1 simple conviction: to protect your investment and tell you the truth, even when it is not what you want to hear. That honest, straightforward approach is why more than 85% of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. People come back, and they send their family and friends, because they trust me with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

For sellers, I am completely hands-on from day one. When I take on a listing, I do not just post photos and wait. I walk through your home with you and we figure out together how to make it look its absolute best. I provide complimentary staging guidance and have stayed until 11 p.m. moving furniture because the result matters to me as much as it does to you. From coordinating trusted tradespeople to executing a strong marketing plan, my goal is simple: top dollar for your home in the shortest time possible. For buyers, my job does not end when your offer is accepted. I stay with you through inspections, financing, and every question that comes up along the way. Over nearly 2 decades, I have built a network of proven professionals, from lawyers and mortgage brokers to inspectors, painters, and contractors. You will never have to figure things out alone. I know Southwest Edmonton the way most people know their own backyard, because it is mine. I arrived in Edmonton from Germany in 2004 and have lived in this part of the city ever since. From the University of Alberta corridor to Sweetgrass, then Magrath Heights for 8 years, and now Windermere, I have not just worked in these communities. I have lived in them. I know Windermere, Keswick, Glenridding, Terwillegar, Riverbend, McKernan, Garneau, Queen Alexandra, Belgravia, and Ritchie street by street. When I tell you what a home is worth in any of these neighbourhoods, that knowledge comes from nearly 2 decades of living here, investing here, and watching this market evolve.

Beyond real estate, I have been an active member of Edmonton's Iranian community and the German-Canadian Association of Alberta since the day I arrived in Canada. Being connected to the people around me is just who I am. And at the end of the day, that is what this work is really about. It is about people. My clients are the reason I have been able to do what I love for nearly 2 decades, and I do not take that for granted for a single day.
