Snickerdoodle Wacky Cake
This simple cinnamon-sugar cake is soft, flavorful, and super easy to make.
Ingredients
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 5 tbsp oil
• 1 cup water
• Topping: cinnamon and sugar mixed together
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In an ungreased 8-inch baking dish, mix all dry ingredients.
3. Make 3 small wells in the dry mix—add vanilla, vinegar, and oil into each.
4. Pour water over everything and stir until combined.
5. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar topping evenly.
6. Bake for 30–35 minutes. Cool and serve.
